We schedule a 15-min courtesy call to:

2. Deep-dive Pre-Move session(s)

Once you choose your package, we send you a focused intake form so our call is efficient and tailored.

During the video sessions we:

  • listen to your story, constraints and hopes,
  • clarify your visa and legal context in simple words,
  • explore realistic location options and housing paths,
  • highlight the main risks and key decisions ahead.

You can attend as a couple or family — it’s often helpful for everyone to hear the same information.

 

3. Your personalised roadmap & tools

 

After the call(s), we prepare your written roadmap:

  • clear summary of your situation and recommended scenario,
  • concrete next steps with suggested timelines,
  • checklists of documents and actions,
  • budget and cost-of-living tools so you can play with your own numbers.

Everything is adapted to your pace (6, 12 or 24 months) and your profile (family, retiree, remote worker, etc.). No generic PDF; it’s built around you.

 

4. Follow-up & trusted connections

In the weeks after your consultation, you can:

  • send us follow-up questions by email (according to your package),
